Urgent Referral for Physicians

Peterborough Vascular has a vascular surgeon on call 24/7. Please contact your local hospital for the contact information to reach the vascular surgeon on call or call our office at 705-775-8272.

Standard Referral

Please fax your referral request directly to the Peterborough Vascular Surgery’s central fax at 705-743-9912.

All relevant information – demographics, letter of referral, clinical notes and any relevant tests (cardiology, CAT scans, vascular ultrasounds) – are required for the vascular surgeon who will triage all referrals.

Our office will contact the patient directly with information about the patient’s first appointment.
